Oral Mucositis Care

The Oral Mucositis Care app is an educational app designed to provide patients with cancer information to better manage a condition known as oral mucositis (OM). OM is a condition caused by radiation treatment and/or chemotherapy, and is characterized by redness, inflammation and ulcer like sores throughout the mouth. Maintaining a good oral hygiene regimen can help alleviate the pain and discomfort that is often associated with OM.
